What We Do
Services and Capabilities

From formative research and focus groups to targeted campaigns and behavior-change programs, we’ve got you covered. We can also execute a mean outcome evaluation. Let our value add to yours.

The Real Cost

KDHRC is part of the team behind FDA’s award-winning youth tobacco prevention campaign, coordinating formative research, focus groups, and much more.

Research...

is our love language

We take a holistic view of the research process, weaving together best practices, scientific literature, audience insights, and methodological expertise to create an evidence base for everything we touch. This approach also ensures a feedback loop for ongoing iterations. It’s hard stuff — we make it easy for you.

Ask us about:

  • Focus groups and niche recruitment
  • In-depth interviews
  • Message testing
  • Logic models
  • Needs assessments
  • Literature reviews, bibliographies

We’re pros at designing and implementing practical and influential process, outcome, and impact evaluations in both experimental and applied settings. Latinas con Lupus, Promotores con Información

KDHRC designed a bilingual, culturally-tailored, online professional development course for promotores about lupus.

Communication...

Think of us as translators.

We excel at transforming rigorous research into messages and campaigns that are scientifically grounded and resonate with their intended audience. Plus they look good! Only nerds like us are moved by research alone so we combine evidence-based content with compelling, creative execution. Because that’s what it takes to make a difference.

Ask us about:

  • Message and materials development and testing
  • Integrated communications campaigns
  • Advisory panels, expert committees, workgroups
  • Multimedia content development
  • Event coordination (online and in-person)
  • Bilingual trainings and materials development

IRB Services

KDHRC’s federally registered Institutional Review Board (FWA00011177, IRB 00005850, IORG0004908) can support your research.

IRB Services...

We will pave your humans subjects path.

We provide commercial Institutional Review Board services to social-behavioral researchers and institutions, organizations, and companies ready to launch their research studies and investigations. Since 2007, our Institutional Review Board (IRB) has been federally-registered and reviewed and approved hundreds of IRB packages for federally-sponsored research (FDA, OMH, NIH, CDC, and others). We pride ourselves on running an IRB that is transparent and collaborative to ensure that your research is protective AND (most importantly!) approved.

We’ll walk you through the IRB process and make it work for you.

What our Institutional Review Board offers:

  • Life-span IRB services from review to disposition and continuation to closure
  • Exempt, expedited, or full board reviews

Ask us about our related services to make your research successful:
