Dr. Kristen Holtz presents on lupus awareness campaign at the 2018 USF Social Marketing Conference in Clearwater, FL
Dr. Holtz presented findings from the American College of Rheumatology’s CDC-funded lupus awareness campaign to a room full of behavior change researchers and media experts. The campaign, titled Be Fierce. Take Control., increases awareness of lupus symptoms among symptomatic African American and Latina women ages 18-25. KDHRC supported the development and evaluation of the national campaign and its localized effort, the Playbook Project.
