Leveraging CADCA’s Leadership forum for anti-vaping focus groups.

KDHRC staffers Nicole Wanty and Melody Simpson attended CADCA’s 28^th National Leadership Forum in Washington D.C. to lead focus groups for AVOID, KDHRC’s NIH-funded project, to inform youth of the risks of vapes. CADCA, or the Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America, hosts the forum as one of two yearly events that train community-based substance abuse professionals, coalition leaders, and prevention and addiction researchers.
