KDHRC acknowledged for outstanding public health training materials by the American Public Health Association

KDHRC receives award from the American Public Health Association Public Health Education and Health Promotion (PHEHP) Materials Contest for the En Familia: Families Partnering for Health program. En Familia was selected by a panel of expert judges as an outstanding training material in public health.

Rosa Steen, research associate, discussed the En Familia program content, development, and evaluation in a presentation during the 143rd annual meeting of the American Public Health Association in Chicago, Illinois.
