Natalie earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences with a minor in Spanish from the South Carolina Honors College at the University of South Carolina. While in school, she contributed to the marketing team at a local real estate law firm by creating social media content, planning events, and managing client experiences. After graduation, she served as a research assistant on two NIH-funded studies aimed at preventing Alzheimer’s through cognitive training. She also wrote, produced, and published a podcast for her senior thesis to raise awareness of cultural competency in clinical settings and highlight the health disparities many Latinos in the US face. Her academic interests include public health, psychology, and genetics.

When she logs off, you might find Natalie and her husband, Nolan, golfing or walking their dog, Suki, along the Swamp Rabbit trail. She also enjoys rewatching her favorite shows and movies for the thousandth time (Downton Abbey, Avatar: The Last Airbender, Ted Lasso), having a glass of wine with her girls, & building the occasional LEGO set.
