The KDHRC Step Challenge has wrapped up, and it is time to announce a winner!…

Research Appreciation Day 2026
On July 5th KDHRCers recognized Research Appreciation Day and reflected on societal advancements that have occurred due to the efforts of researchers, scientists, thinkers, clinicians and participants that moved questions closer to discoveries.
At KDHRC, our core values include scientific rigor, intrepidness, contribution, growth, curiosity, and fun. To us, research isn’t only about data; it is also about translating science into programs and campaigns that can make a positive change in public health. We are grateful for every KDHRC team member turning science into impact and all scholars dedicated to making a difference in the lives of others.
Support researchers in your community by educating yourself, volunteering to participate in community research studies when possible, and showing appreciation and trust in evidence-based approaches. Good questions lead to good discoveries, so be wary of misinformation or biased information that can spread quickly in an increasingly technological world. Read more about our research here and be sure to follow our social media pages (@kdhrc on Instagram) to be the first to hear about new projects!
