Grace Mikus, MPH, CHES

Tobacco Strategist

Grace received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Loyola University Chicago and served as an AmeriCorps member prior to her graduate school career. Grace holds a Masters in Public Health from George Washington University and received her Certified Health Education Specialist shortly thereafter. Prior to joining KDHRC, Grace worked with women’s health organizations and worked on GW’s campus. Grace currently lives in the DC area.

Grace was excited to work at KDHRC because of the research focus of her position. Grace’s favorite part of her job is getting to dive into research, speaking to various stakeholders and clients, and getting to assist with human subjects research. She also enjoys leading (and failing) 20 questions with the KDHRC team.

When not in the office, Grace can be found reading, spending time with her cats, and trying out local coffee shops.
